  • Nie je parkovanie, hoci ho máte zverejnené, to je veľké mínus: ,,Recepce je se svými službami v provozu nepřetržitě. Řidiči jistě uvítají možnost parkování zdarma přímo u objektu. :-(

  • Ochota personálu vyřešit velký problém s ubytováním.

  • Bohužel jste nám hotel nerezervovali, ačkoliv přišlo potvrzení na email i den předem upomínací SMS. V penzionu o nás neměli žádnou zprávu a také žádné objednané pokoje. Naštěstí měli volný apartmán a tam jsme mohli přenocovat. Jinak jsme spali pod mostem. Potvrzená objednávka od 8. 11. 2023 a nakonec bychom neměli kde přespat? To je neomluvitelné. Broumská
